It should be possible to parse the files enough to identify annotations embedded as children of the gltf scene.

How do we make that work with editable annotations in the file description? Are the embedded annotations just added during the initial upload and then treated as editable from then on? Are they always displayed in addition to any added editable annotations?

Given how robust the editable annotations are, I'm less convinced this is necessary at the moment.
